The 2018 Credit Abuse Resistance Education (CARE) program dates in Jefferson County will be Wednesday, February 28 and Thursday, March 1st in Louisville high schools. This next year will be the 11th year of presentations about responsible use of credit and financial literacy for teens. Attorneys and judges will visit schools and talk with students about budgeting, types of credit used by teens, tips for car loans, identity theft and the expenses related to college. The CARE program is coordinated by an Advisory Committee of legal professionals and funded by the Kentucky Bar Foundation.
